Chang Min is a Professor of Medicinal Chemistry at the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Wuhan University. He received his Ph.D. from Rutgers University under the guidance of Prof. Daniel Seidel and subsequently conducted postdoctoral research at Stanford University with Profs. Noah Z. Burns and Barry M. Trost. Before joining Wuhan University in 2022, he worked as a Senior Research Investigator in Discovery Chemistry at Incyte, where he contributed to the development of selective KRAS inhibitors. His group develops innovative synthetic strategies for small-molecule skeletal editing, heterocycle diversification, and the synthesis and medicinal-chemistry exploration of bioactive natural products, with a particular emphasis on accelerating anticancer drug discovery.
